FOR JOLLIBEE KIDS PARTY MEMBERS:
1. Login to Jollibee Kids Party website
- Head over to
Jollibee Kids Party booking site using your browser. Locate and click the “Login” button in Desktop view or the
person icon in Mobile view.
2. Access your profile
- Enter email address and password, then click “Sign In” button and you will be redirected back to the Homepage.
3. Click Manage Booking page menu
- Locate and click the “Manage Booking” page menu in Desktop view or the
hamburger icon in Mobile view.
4. My Bookings dashboard
- Locate and scroll your party bookings under three tabs: Upcoming Parties, Completed Parties, Cancelled Parties. Click Manage or View button to the party you need to view and update payment status.
5. View Payment Status depending on Booking Status
- If booking status Reserved, no payment is made yet.
- You will see “Pay Downpayment“ button under Celebrant section.
Note: Follow Step 5 How to Pay Downpayment under “How to view and edit party booking for Members“ article.
- If booking status is Partially Paid, down payment is already paid.
- You will see “Pay Balance Due“ button under Celebrant section.
Note: Follow Step 6 How to Pay Balance Due under “How to view and edit party booking for Members“ article.
- If booking status is Fully Paid – Full amount is already paid.
You will see payment transaction details on the Celebrant section.
Total amount indicated in Celebrant booking section should be same as the Total amount indicated in Cost Breakdown section.
- If a booking status is Cancelled – You may or may not have made payment.
- If cancelled booking has payment, you should be able to see payment details with refund message depending on the payment method you made.

FOR GUEST USERS:
1. Access Jollibee Kids Party website
- Head over to
Jollibee Kids Party booking site using your browser.
2. Click Manage Booking page menu
- Locate and click the “Manage Booking” page menu in Desktop view or the
hamburger icon in Mobile view.
3. Enter booking details to Manage Booking
- Enter the Booking ID and Celebrant / Booker’s Surname.
- Click Manage Booking button.
4. View Payment Status depending on Booking Status
- If booking status Reserved, no payment is made yet.
You will see “Pay Downpayment“ button under Celebrant section.
