How to View Booking Status on Jollibee Kids Party website

FOR JOLLIBBE KIDS PARTY MEMBERS:

1. Login to Jollibee Kids Party website

  • Head over to A logo for a kids party AI-generated content may be incorrect., PictureJollibee Kids Party booking site using your browser. Locate and click the “Login” button in Desktop view or the Picture 1, Picture person icon in Mobile view. 

2. Access your profile

  • Enter email address and password, then click “Sign In” button and you will be redirected back to the Homepage.

3. Click Manage Booking page menu

  • Locate and click the “Manage Booking” page menu in Desktop view or the Picture 7, Picture hamburger icon in Mobile view.

 

4. My Bookings dashboard

  • Locate and scroll your party bookings under three tabs: Upcoming Parties, Completed Parties, Cancelled Parties. Click Manage or View button to the party you need to view and update payment status. 

 

5. Booking Details

  • You should be able to see Booking Details.

Celebrant section includes:

  • Celebrant's Information and edit button
  • Booking ID with copy button
  • Booking status
  • Date of Party
  • Venue
  • No. of Guests
  • Party Zone
  • Time Slot
  • Reserved status - Down payment reminder message & Pay Downpayment button
  • Partially Paid status - Partial payment amount and Pay Balance Due button
  • Fully Paid status - Total payment amount
  • Transaction date (if applicable)
  • Payment mode (if applicable)
  • Refund message (For Cancelled booking with payment)
  • Edit Party Details button

 

Party Packages section includes:

  • Party Theme selected
  • Party Fee Inclusions
  • Meal Bundles You Added
  • Create Your Own Meal You Added
  • Cakes & Party Favors You Added

 

Cost Breakdown section includes:

  • Party Package
  • Party Meals
  • Create Your Own Meal
  • Cakes & Party Favors

FOR GUEST USERS:

1. Access Jollibee Kids Party website

2. Click Manage Booking page menu

  • Locate and click the “Manage Booking” page menu in Desktop view or the Picture 7, Picture hamburger icon in Mobile view.

3. Enter booking details to Manage Booking

  • Enter the Booking ID and Celebrant / Booker’s Surname.
  • Click Manage Booking button.

 

4. Booking Details

  • You should be able to see Booking Details such as Celebrant section, Party Packages section, Add Cakes and Party Favors section and Cost Breakdown section.

  • Celebrant's Information and edit button

  • Date of Party
  • Venue
  • No. of Guests
  • Party Zone

  • Total amount of booking
  • Transaction date
  • Payment mode
  • Down payment reminder message (For Reserved booking)
