Please do not worry, we are here to help you! If you didn't receive your booking confirmation after 3 hours, follow these simple steps:
1. For reservation bookings
- Our booking process is automated and usually takes around 15 minutes. If booking confirmation page is not loading, please ensure to check your internet connection and reconnect.
- If no booking confirmation email has arrived, please ensure to check your email inbox including spam/junk folder for your booking confirmation, or if the email you have provided upon booking is correct.
- Reach out to the Branch you booked for your party by locating their contact information on our Store Directory.
- Enter the address of the branch in the free form section.
- Click the “Filters” button.
- Choose the kilometer radius to search your store location booked.
- Tick-on “Party” as additional filter then click the “Apply” button.
- Locate the Branch you booked from the search result and click the
Information button.
- Store information should be displayed and reach out to them.
- If you didn't receive your booking confirmation after 24 hours, you may reach us thru Contact Us by following these simple steps:
- Select “I need assistance”
- Under category, select “Website/App”
- Under concern, select “Notifications and Alerts issues”
- Enter your name and email address
- Enter your message
- Attach a screenshot/s of the issue to help us investigate the problem and resolve your concern faster.
- If we haven’t sent you your booking confirmation, we recommend holding off on planning your party until you receive it. We won’t keep you waiting for longer than 24 hours. In the rare case that your booking is not confirmed within this period, we will cancel your party so you can re-book the party subject to the availability of the schedule.
2. For bookings with payment
- Our booking process is automated and usually takes around 15 minutes. If booking confirmation page is not loading, please ensure to check your internet connection and reconnect.
- If no booking confirmation email has arrived, please ensure to check your email inbox including spam/junk folder for your booking confirmation, or if the email you have provided upon booking is correct.
