Manage Booking for Members and Guest users on Jollibee Kids Party website

Here's how you can make changes on your party bookings:

How to view and edit party booking for Members:

1. Login to Jollibee Kids Party website

• Head over to Jollibee Kids Party booking site using your browser. Locate and click the “Login” button in Desktop view or the person icon in Mobile view. 

2. Access your profile

• Enter email address and password, then click “Sign In” button and you will be redirected back to the Homepage.

3. Click Manage Booking page menu

• Locate and click the “Manage Booking” page menu in Desktop view or the hamburger icon in Mobile view.

4. Select Party to Manage Booking

• You will be redirected to your Upcoming Bookings under My Account > My Bookings section. Click Manage Booking button to the party you need to view and update.

5. How to Pay Downpayment

• Locate and click your Reserved booking, then click Manage Booking button to the party you will pay downpayment.
• Under Edit Party Details, click Pay Downpayment button.
• Choose Pay Downpayment

NEW FEATURE AS OF JULY 18, 2025

• Pay Downpayment can now be customized to the amount preferred by user with minimum of ₱3,000.00.

 

• Choose from the list of Payment Options
  • Maya eWallet
  • Maya QRPH
  • GCash (will be available soon)

• Click Pay button then click Continue button on the pop-up window
• You will be redirected to the chosen third-party payment gateway to Login/Enter details then click Complete Order button. 
• Enter Passkey as applicable, then click Submit button. 
• Wait for the confirmation page to load or click Back to Merchant button.

NOTE: 

A confirmation receipt will also be sent to Jollibee Kids Party member email address.

 

 

6. How to Pay Balance Due

• Locate and click your Reserved or Partially Paid booking, then click Manage Booking button to the applicable party you will pay.
• Click the Pay Balance Due button under Edit Party Details button.
• Choose from the list of Payment Options.
• Scroll and click the Pay button, click Continue button on the pop-up window.
• You will be redirected to the chosen third-party payment gateway to Login/Enter details then click Complete Order button. 
• Enter Passkey as applicable, then click Submit button. 
• Wait for the confirmation page to load or click Back to Merchant button.

NOTE: 

A confirmation receipt will also be sent to Jollibee Kids Party member email address.

 

7. How to Edit Booking Details

• Locate and click the pen icon to the editable sections needing updates i.e. Celebrant Information, Party Details, Party Package.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

You can only edit party details, packages and add-ons as an upgrade and will

only be allowed 5 days prior to the scheduled date of part

Edit Celebrant Information

• Locate and click the pen icon Edit next to the Celebrant name. Input needed changes or add another celebrant by clicking the + Add Another Celebrant then click “Save” button.

 

Edit Party Details

• Locate and click the pen icon Edit Party Details next to the payment details. Input needed changes on Date of Party, Number of Guests or re- Select Available Timeslot then click “Save” button.

 

Edit Party Package

• Locate and click the pen icon Edit Party Package button next to the Cakes & Party Favors You Added details. 
• Input needed changes on Party Themes, Meal Bundles, Create Your Own Party Meal, add/change Cakes and Party Favors, Loot Bags and Mascots then click “Save” button.

How to view and edit party booking for Guest users:

1. Access Jollibee Kids Party website

• Head over to Jollibee Kids Party booking site using your browser. 

2. Click Manage Booking page menu

• Locate and click the “Manage Booking” page menu in Desktop view or the hamburger icon in Mobile view.

3. Enter booking details to Manage Booking

• Enter the Booking ID and Celebrant / Booker’s Surname.
• Click Manage Booking button.

 

4. Pay Downpayment

• Under Edit Party Details, click Pay Downpayment button.
• Choose Pay Downpayment

7. How to Cancel a Party Booking

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your party. Here’s how you can easily request a cancellation:

• Follow Steps 1 – 3 above
• Locate and click the Cancel Party button under the Back to My Bookings button.
• Click Yes, I want to cancel my party button to confirm.
• Successful cancellation message will appear at the bottom of the page

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If booking is upcoming and 4 days fewer from date of party, you can no longer cancel a party.
