Delivery orders generally take 30-35 minutes to prepare and deliver once accepted by the store. However, delivery times may vary depending on the store’s workload and your distance from the branch.
Track Your Order Status:
We encourage you to keep track of your order status.
To track your order on the Jollibee Philippines app or website:
- For the app, simply open it and access the "Orders" section.
- For the website, click on the Account icon from the header and select "My Orders" from the dropdown menu.
Need more help?
- Should you have further concerns about your delayed order, you may contact your serving store directly using our Store Directory. Simply visit the "Stores" page on the Jollibee Philippines app or website. You can also tap on the phone icon to contact the store via the "Order Tracking" screen of the Jollibee app or Jollibee Philippines website.
- If your order was placed through Grab or Foodpanda, you can also check the order status on their respective platforms for updates.
