Once your order is placed and confirmed on the Jollibee website or app, you can cancel your order as long as the store has not started its preparation. Only immediate orders can be cancelled. Scheduled orders cannot be cancelled.
However, please note that no further modifications can be made to the order through the platform. If you need to make minor adjustments, please contact the store managing your order directly. You can refer to this article here.
To cancel your order after Order Confirmation:

Access your order details page
- Open the Jollibee app or website.
- For the app, navigate to the "Orders" icon at the bottom of the screen.
- For the website, click on the account icon from the header and select " My Orders" from the dropdown menu.
- Open the Jollibee app or website.
- Tap on the ongoing order you wish to cancel
- Scroll down and tap on "Cancel Order" button
- Tap "Cancel Order" again on the pop-up to confirm order cancellation request. Otherwise, tap "Cancel" to return to the Order Details screen.
- Once the order has successfully been cancelled, you will see the "Order Canceled" status on the Order Tracking screen in real-time.
Note that if the store has already started preparing the order OR the order is a scheduled order, the "Cancel Order" button will not be visible.
