If you need to change the delivery address, open the order in the platform where you placed it and check the available support options. Jollibee cannot update the delivery address of a GrabFood or foodpanda order.
GrabFood: Open the Grab app, select the relevant order, open Help Centre, and use the available Chat/Contact Support option for that order.
foodpanda: Open the foodpanda app, go to Help Centre > Get Help with My Orders, select the relevant order, and use in-app chat. You may also email support@foodpanda.ph.
