Order details such as address, items, quantity, payment method, and delivery instructions are managed in GrabFood or foodpanda. Jollibee cannot change an order after it is placed.
GrabFood: Open the Grab app, select the relevant order, open Help Centre, and use the available Chat/Contact Support option for that order.
foodpanda: Open the foodpanda app, go to Help Centre > Get Help with My Orders, select the relevant order, and use in-app chat. You may also email support@foodpanda.ph.
