Log-in requests are completed by inputting the OTP sent to your registered email address.
If you think that your Jollibee App account may have been compromised, please secure your email account by changing the password through the respective platform.
2. Report the Incident to Customer Support
This will allow us to investigate thoroughly and implement additional security measures to better protect you and our users moving forward.
