If you have been locked out of your account due to inputting more than 5 invalid or expired OTPs, follow the steps below to unlock it:
- Check your email for the "Account Locked" email
- Open the email & click on "Unlock my account"
- You will be redirected to a web-view log in screen with a notification that the account unlock is successful. You may now close the screen and attempt to log in again.
