Once your order is placed on the Jollibee website or app, it is immediately sent to the store for processing and no further modifications can be made directly through the platform. However, if you need to make minor adjustments, you can contact the store managing your order directly.
To reach the store:

Access your order details page
- Open the Jollibee app or website.
- For the app, navigate to the "Orders" icon at the bottom of the screen.
- For the website, click on the account icon from the header and select " My Orders" from the dropdown menu.
- Open the Jollibee app or website.

Find store contact details
- On the Order Details page, click or tap on the phone icon.

Call the store
- Reach out to the store and provide your order details (e.g., order number (Order ID and items). Discuss the changes you’d like to make and confirm if adjustments are possible.
Important notes
- Timing is crucial: Adjustments may only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered the preparation or delivery stages.
- Minimal changes only: Stores may have limitations on the types of changes they can make, such as updating contact information or minor item modifications.
- No guarantee: Modifications are subject to store policies and current order processing status.
