Instructions for payment reversal process for Jollibee Kids Party booking.
CASHLESS/ONLINE PAYMENT REFUND:
1. Prepare supporting documents
- All cancellations must be supported with the following documents:
- Letter of Request for Cancellation indicating the reason for the cancellation.
- Booking/Reservation Confirmation
- Proof of Payment/Payment Confirmation/Proof of Deposit/Acknowledgement Receipt
2. Automatic refund
- If you cancel on the same day before midnight within the booking site or cashless payment through In-Store payment terminal - the hold amount is released instantly.
- You will receive a confirmation email receipt if the hold amount is released instantly.
3. Manual refund request
- If you cancel on the next day after midnight within the booking site or cashless payment through In-Store payment terminal - reach out to the Store for them to submit a manual refund request.
- Head over to Store Directory site using your browser to locate their contact information.
- Enter the address of the branch in the free form section.
- Click the “Filters” button.
- Choose the kilometer radius to search your store location booked.
- Tick-on “Party” as additional filter then click the “Apply” button.
- Search result will list down all Jollibee store with party zone area with the kilometer radius chosen.
- You may also click the
Information icon to access their contact information.
4. Manual refund payment processing days
Maya / Gcash eWallet payment
- It will take 3-5 business days after the customer's e-Wallet provider processes the refund
Card payment
- Processing may take 20-30 banking days
Cash payment/In-store payment
- Head over to the Branch by accessing the Store Directory site using your browser to locate map Directions.
- Enter the address of the branch in the free form section.
- Click the “Filters” button.
- Choose the kilometer radius to search your store location booked.
- Tick-on “Party” as additional filter then click the “Apply” button.
- Search result will list down all Jollibee store with party zone area with the kilometer radius chosen.
- You may also click the
Information icon to access map Directions going to the store and their contact information.

2. Go to Store location

Customer to go to their selected Jollibee branch to process their refund.
