We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your party. Here’s how you can easily request a cancellation:
1. Cancel Party Booking for Members:
- Follow Steps 1 – 4 in Steps on How to Manage booking for Members
- Locate and click the Cancel Party button under the Back to My Bookings button
- Click Yes, I want to cancel my party button to confirm.
- Successful cancellation message will appear at the bottom of the page
Important notes:
- Customer can no longer revert the changes once booking is cancelled
- You can only cancel a party at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of party.
- Please read Jollibee Kids Paty Terms and Conditions for additional details on booking, payment methods, price adjustments, party conditions, mascot appearance, refunds/cancellation and liability.
2. Cancel Party Booking for Guest users:
- Follow Steps 1 – 3 in Steps on How to Manage booking for Guest users
- Locate and click the Cancel Party button under the Back to My Bookings button.
- Click Yes, I want to cancel my party button to confirm.
- Successful cancellation message will appear at the bottom of the page
NOTE:
If booking is upcoming and 4 days fewer from date of party, you can no longer cancel a party.
