Instructions for booking a party through the website.
A. Reserve a party as Member:
1. Login to Jollibee Kids Party website
- Head over to
Jollibee Kids Party booking site using your browser. Locate and click the “Login” button.
2. Access your profile
- Enter email address and password, then click “Sign In” button. Locate and click the “My Account” button.
3. Go Back to Homepage
- Click the Jollibee Kids Party logo and you will be redirected to the “Homepage”.
4. Search and select City
- Input the “City” name then select or choose the “City” from the drop-down.
5. Choose Date of Party
- Select from the calendar your preferred “Date of party”.
- Click “Book a Party” button.
NOTE: You can only book a party 5 days in advance.
6. Enter Party Details
- Choose your preferred Branch from the drop-down.
- Input your Number of Guest (minimum 30).
- Select Party Zone and make sure to check room Capacity for each party zone.
NEW FEATURE AS OF JULY 18, 2025
OPTIONAL:
User can click Add Room for Party Zone areas with adjoined rooms for additional room capacity.
Once the adjoined room is chosen, the minimum number of guests changes to the total capacity of Party Zone + Adjoined Room.
E.g. Party Zone A Capacity: 50 Pax + Adjoined Room Zone E Capacity: 30 Pax = Minimum Number of Guests = 80
- Select an Available Timeslot, then click Next button.
NEW FEATURE AS OF JULY 18, 2025
- Booking timer – 15 minutes booking timer will start as soon as timeslot is selected this is to block the timeslot while user is completing the booking.
Once timer expires, user will be redirected back to Homepage and an error message will appear “Your session has expired. Please select a new available timeslot.”
User must then wait 1.5 hours to book the same date/timeslot initially chosen or book a different timeslot and re-start booking from Step 4.
7. Select and Enter Party Package
- Choose your Party Theme
- Select one out of the three Party Themes: Jollitown, Fairytale Land, Jollirace
- Choose your Party Meals (Meal Bundle or CYO)
- Select one out of the four Meal Bundles (A, B, C, D) then input order count (same as the minimum number of guests indicated) or

- Create Your Own Party Meal Minimum of ₱6,000.00 worth of solo meals for Value Meals menu items to be available
Should edits made on solo meals and becomes less than ₱6,000.00, any non-Solo menu items added will be deleted from the cart.
- Choose your Solo Meals worth of ₱6,000.00
- Choose and input order count for your Main Meal or
- Choose and input order count for your Sides & Desserts or
- Choose and input order count for your Drinks
- Choose your additional menu items from Value Meals / Super Meals / Jollibee Kids Meal
IMPORTANT NOTE: User must either choose Meal Bundle or CYO based on the minimum number of guests indicated for them to proceed to next step.
- Choose your Cakes and Party Favors (Optional).
- Choose out of four Cake flavors and input order count
- Input order count for Theme Favors for any additional orders
- Input order count for Loot Bags for any additional orders
- Input order count for Mascot for any additional mascot
- Click Next button.
8. Enter Customer and Celebrant’s Information
- Input required details under Customer Information
- First Name
- Last Name
- Country Code
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Relationship to the Celebrant
- Notes or Remarks (Optional)
- Input required details under Celebrant’s Information
- First Name
- Last Name
- Party Banner Nickname / Greeting
- Birthdate Day, Month, Year
- Type of Celebration
NOTE: You can also click +Add Another Celebrant button for multiple celebrants
- Click the box to tick-off the consent on processing your personal information.
- Click the box to tick-off to receive marketing notifications.
- Click Reserve Now and Pay Later button.
9. Successful Booking Confirmation
- Booking successful confirmation
- Once reservation is completed, you will be redirected to the booking successful confirmation page.
- Please also expect a booking confirmation via the email address entered during the booking process within 3 hours upon completion of reservation.
- The booking confirmation email will include the booking ID and details of the party with Terms and Conditions PDF file attachment.
Important notes:
- Please settle downpayment of at least ₱3,000 within three (3) days from date of booking, otherwise transaction will be forfeited.
- If you need to edit party details, packages and add-ons after booking the porty, locate your booking under Manage Booking menu to edit (Refer to Manage Booking for Members and Guest article).
NOTE: You can only edit party details, packages and add-ons as an upgrade and will only be allowed 5 days prior to the scheduled date of party.
- If you change your mind after booking a party and needs to cancel, locate your booking under Manage Booking menu to cancel the booking. (Refer to How to Cancel a Party Booking article).
NOTE: You can only cancel a party at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of party.

B. Book and Pay Now a party as Member:

- Choose whether to Pay in Full or Pay Downpayment

Pay Downpayment can now be customized to the amount preferred by user with minimum of ₱3,000.00.
- Choose from the available Payment Options
- Maya eWallet
- Maya QRPH
- GCash (will be available soon)
- Click Proceed button, then click Continue on the Confirmation pop-up window
- You will be redirected to the chosen third-party payment gateway to Login/Enter details then click Complete Order button.
- Enter Passkey as applicable, then click Submit button.
- Wait for the confirmation page to load or click Back to Merchant button
9. Successful Booking Confirmation
- Booking successful confirmation
- Once payment is completed, you will be redirected to the booking successful confirmation page.
- Please also expect a booking confirmation via the email address entered during the booking process within 3 hours upon completion of payment. The booking confirmation email will include the booking ID and details of the party with Terms and Conditions PDF file attachment.
- Lastly, a payment receipt will also be sent to the member email address.
Important notes:
- If you need to edit party details, packages and add-ons after booking the porty, locate your booking under Manage Booking menu to edit (Refer to Manage Booking for Members and Guest article).
