To reset password for Member users:
- Head over to
Jollibee Kids Party booking site using your browser.
- On the homepage, locate and click the Log In button.
- Locate and click Forgot Password button.
- Enter the e-mail address associated to your account then click Submit.
- A unique code will be sent to the e-mail address you’ve provided.
- Make sure to check your spam folder. Enter the verification code then click Submit.
- Reset your new password.
Your account information has been successfully updated.
