If you no longer wish to use your Jollibee Kids Party account and would like to delete it, follow the steps below to complete the process.
Steps to delete your Jollibee Kids Party account:
1. Go to Jollibee Kids Party website
- Head over to
Jollibee Kids Party booking site using your browser.
2. Click Privacy Notice
- Locate and click Privacy Notice quick link on the page footer.
3. Submit your request through DSRR form
- Locate section 10. HOW TO CONTACT US of the PDF file and click Data Subject Rights Request Form for Customers (Philippines) to redirect you to submit a form.
4. Enter details of account to be deleted
- Under question 3. How did you interact with us?
Please indicate that you registered as Jollibee Kids Party member.
- Under question 5. Would you like to correct or update your personal data?
Please indicate that you would like to delete your personal data and input your details accordingly.
5. Complete the process
- Click Submit button.
Important notes:
- Once your account is deleted, all your saved data will be erased and cannot be recovered.
- If you change your mind after deleting your account, you will need to create a new account to continue using Jollibee Kids Party services.
