How to check your order status:
To stay updated on the status of your order, you can follow these steps:
- To check your order status:
- On the app: Tap on the "Orders" icon on the app on the navigation bar and tap on the order whose status you want to check.
- On the web:
- Visit the Jollibee website at jollibee.com.ph and log in with your credentials.
- Click on the Account icon from the header and select "My Orders" from the dropdown menu
- Tap on the order whose status you want to check.
- Look for these real-time updates:
- Confirming your order...: Your order has been placed and accepted by the store.
- Preparing your order..: The store is currently preparing your order.
- Out for Delivery: Your order has been assigned to the delivery partner and is on its way.
- Completed, Order Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
Additional notes:
- The store typically takes 30-35 minutes to process and prepare your order before it is handed off to the delivery team. Pick-Up Orders should be ready in 15-20 minutes.
- Delivery times may vary depending on how far you are from the store.
Orders placed through Grab or Foodpanda: - If you placed your order through Grab or Foodpanda, you can also check your order status directly on their respective apps or websites. You’ll receive real-time updates there as well.
