How to add special requests:
1. Include the special instruction during checkout:
- When placing your orders through the Jollibee app or the Jollibee Philippines website, look for the "Order Instructions" section on the Checkout screen
- Write any specific requests, such as "no onions" or "no ice"
2. Contact the store directly:
- The Order Tracking screen will be displayed right after the order is placed. If you have closed the screen, you can select your order from the "Orders" icon of the app footer OR the "My Orders" menu from the user icon of the web's dropdown menu.
- Tap on the phone icon next to the store to call the store
- Call the store and provide your order number along with your special request
Important Notes
- Requests will be accommodated based on the store's ability to fulfill them.
- To improve the chances of your request being honored, contact the store immediately after placing your order.
- Some requests may not be possible due to operational constraints or ingredient availability.
