Steps to check your order details on the app:
- Open the Jollibee app
- Launch the app on your mobile device.
- Go to "Orders" on the app
- Tap on the "Orders" icon on the app on the navigation bar.
- Tap the order you want to track
- Select the order you want to track and it will bring up the order tracking screen.
- This screen also includes your delivery or pick-up details, estimated delivery or pick-up time, and the total amount due for your order.
Steps to check your order details on the website:
- Go to the Jollibee website and log-in to your account
- Visit the Jollibee website at jollibee.com.ph and log in with your credentials.
- Access "My Orders"
- Click on the Account icon from the header and select "My Orders" from the dropdown menu
- Tap the order you want to track
- Select the order you want to track, and it will bring up the order tracking screen.
- This screen also includes your delivery or pick-up details, estimated delivery or pick-up time, and the total amount due for your order.
Didn't receive an order confirmation?
- Double-check your SMS: An order status notification is sent to the phone number you provided during checkout.
- Ensure payment was successful: For online payments, make sure the transaction was completed.
- Contact the store: Use our Store Directory to reach out to the store managing your order.
