How can I order for Delivery or Pick-Up?

Order your Jollibee favorites through the Jollibee app or Jollibee Philippines website for the jolliest experience!

 

Follow the steps below to place a delivery or pick-up order:

  1. Tap on the fulfillment section on the home screen and select your fulfillment method.
    • Choose whether you'd like your order for delivery or pick-up.
      • For Delivery, kindly enter your delivery location and select your preferred delivery date and time.
      • For Pick-up, select your preferred pick-up date and time. You may opt to share your location or manually select your preferred Jollibee store to cater to your order.
  2. Browse the menu and add items to your cart
    • Add your Jollibee favorites to your cart. Just tap the "+" icon next to the item.
    • You can also customize your order by selecting options like add-ons or extra ingredients.
  3. Review your cart
    • Tap "View Cart" in the app or the basket icon on the website to review your delivery address or pick-up store, contract information, and items.
    • You can also add special instructions for your order if needed.
  4. Choose a Payment Method
    • Choose your preferred payment method. We offer GCash, Maya, Credit/Debit Card or Cash.
  5. Apply Offers
    • Tap on "Apply Offers" and select an offer to apply to your order.
    • You may also avail of your Senior Citizen/PWD discount. To apply your Senior Citizen/PWD discount, enter your Senior Citizen or PWD ID number and upload a clear photo of your ID. To ensure validity and security, uploaded IDs are deleted within 24 hours from your last upload. Kindly reupload when prompted to continue availing the discount.
  6.  Place your order
    • If paying online, click "Place Order" to proceed to the payment page. Kindly authorize and process the payment. Once confirmed, you will be redirected to the order tracking screen where you can monitor your order's current status.
    • You're all set to enjoy your Jollibee favorites! Alternatively, you can also order your Jollibee favorites through GrabFood or Foodpanda. If you encounter any issues or need assistance, feel free to contact us through the app or check our help center.
